Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 15-mile straight-line radius of Foxholes Farm, Hertford (SG13 7NT), checked using postcode locations. Enter your delivery postcode when ordering to check coverage. Delivery charges, availability and your delivery window are confirmed in your quote.
How many people can you cater for?
Our launch packages are designed around groups of 20–60. We can consider 15–19 people by arrangement, and larger groups through a tailored quote. Every booking is subject to kitchen and delivery availability.
Which days and times do you cater?
Monday–Friday only. Our last kitchen dispatch is 4 pm. This is the departure time from Foxholes Farm, not your delivery arrival time. We agree arrival and serving times with you before confirming the booking.
How much notice do you need?
Please allow at least three days. The enquiry form offers weekdays from at least three days ahead; we’ll check preparation time and availability before confirming. Sending an enquiry doesn’t reserve a date.
Can I choose individual items?
Choose one of our four fixed lunch menus and tell us how many people you’re feeding. We arrange the food portions for your group. Tell us about dietary requirements so we can agree suitable alternatives before booking.
Can you help with dietary requirements?
Tell us what your group needs when you enquire. We’ll discuss suitable menu options and allergen information before you book. Please don’t assume any item is free from a particular allergen; requirements must be agreed with us first.
What’s included in the price?
The displayed price is the indicative food price per person, excluding VAT. The calculator shows food plus 20% VAT. Delivery is quoted separately. Optional plates and wooden cutlery are supplied as one set at 30p + VAT per person (36p including VAT). Select this when choosing your lunch to include it in your estimated total. Final menu, serving arrangements, price and payment details are agreed in your quote.
Can we organise a regular office lunch?
Yes—tell us whether you’re thinking weekly, monthly or a series of events. We’ll discuss the dates, menu and headcount together. A regular catering enquiry is a starting point, with each arrangement confirmed before booking.
